Rest in Peace...Michael Jackson
On a magical night in 1983, Michael Jackson struck a pose on stage, clasping the black fedora on his head with his white sequined glove. His black jacket and silver vest glittered as white socks showed under his high-water black pants. Then he erupted into a flurry of fluid dance moves in a performance of Billie Jean that would catapult the former child singing sensation into full-blown superstardom.
Probably no celebrity has been as revered and reviled over the past 40 years as Jackson. Yesterday (about one hour ago) at 50, leaves us after having a cardiac arrest, .
May he Rest in Peace...

Salavessa Viva
Well, i suppose i failed to post the picture of the completed "The Achievemente of Life" painting, however, i've got something more exciting to post today. Here's my first attempt to create a logo. I was asked by a friend to create a logo. This logo is going to be the image of Salavessa's Association. (Salavessa is a nice little village in Alentejo, Portugal. The one i made first, didn't have any river, but then they (at the association) asked me to add something like a river or a lake...These are the options that come out! Unfortunatelly i can't post the original logo (the one without the river) because while drawing the last option i saved it under the original drawing.

The Achievement of Giving Life (Provisory Title)
And here's another canvas. Started to paint it this afternoon. It is still being painted, so i decided to post various pictures of it, while being made. The next post, (i think) it's the final result. It was ordered by a friend that loved "Eva or Rapunzel"...
Eve or Rapunzel
Most people i know, never guessed that i usually paint canvas on my spare time. To be honest, i do it mostly in the Summer, because the technique i use is oil, and it takes longer to dry when it's rainning...But yes, i paint canvas...Why i never tell anyone?? Probably because i'm too perfectionist, and in my opinion, my paintings are never good enough. I started to paint on canvas with some free oil samples just to see how it worked...and everything i know, i learned from my own attempts to paint correctly, so i know i don't have to be so hard on me...
Anyway, today i finally decided to present some of my oil paintings.
This one was finished last week, and its ready to be offered to someone very special. It is someone from whom i've learned a lot, and deserves everything that is good!!!The painting hasn't a name yet, but it could easilly be called Eve or Rapunzel...i don't know...i don't know...if anyone as a better sugestion, just let me know...
